Realizing that nothing she does matters, she starts doing whatever she wants, first airing her grievances with everyone she knows, then trying to spend more quality time with the ones she loves. Kent speaks with the police, takes care of the situation, escorts Sam back to the house, helps her warm up, puts her into dry clothes, and then puts her to bed.
