Hahn's discography spans a wide range of musical styles, predominantly chamber music. Her debut album showcased the music of Pablo Sarasate, accompanied by renowned pianist Samuel Sanders. Subsequent recordings included rare violin-piano works by Franz Liszt, solo violin music from the Baroque era, and duos for violin and cello with cellist Wendy Warner.

In addition to her solo performances, Hahn has formed chamber ensembles, including the Trio Settecento with cellist John Mark Rozendaal and pianist David Schrader. Additionally, the RBP Foundation assists young artists through its instrument loan program and grants for education and career.
